Built to meet or exceed all BCA specifications. All parts are CNC routed for uniform fit and each part is interchangeable. 4 tubular steel legs each with an internal leveler. Welded steel frame: 10 cm x 5cm U-beams for the most accurate slate support, 10 internal levelers, eliminating the use of any kind of shims. Unique bridge construction using pre-stressed steel cables to prevent the sagging of the frame. 3-piece slates, 30mm, doweled, floated by CNC equipment. Artemis cushions with K-66 profile. Rails are finished in “Dianite” an engineered wood/plastic composite. Exceptional hardness makes them resistant to unusual wear, abrasion and moisture. Rails are fitted with 18 vertical bolts. Tables come with Simonis 860 cloth, and include rails covered. Pockets liners are flush-mounted with rails; pockets are made of marine grade vinyl and easily installed with bolts.
