2005 World Games

Gabriëls was elected as the exclusive carom tables supplier for the 2005 World Games.

This event took place from July 14th until July 24th. The happening will be hosted in Duisburg (Germany) and its partner cities Bottrop, Oberhausen and Mülheim

The World Games can be described as the Olympics for non-Olympic Games.

The billiard event was an excellent example for billiards worldwide: all disciplines took place at the same time in the same venue. As a result spectators could witness several matches simultaneously.

The three cushion event was won by Daniels Sanchez, who beat Dick Jaspers in the final match. Semih Sayginer won the bronze medal.
