3 weeks after the UMB named the 21 ranked players and the 2 wild card players van Erp and de Bruijn, the governing body now has announced 13 more players.
The American federation has assigned 8 players to participate in Sluiskil, the Netherlands.
Julian Morales, Carlos Villegas and Alex Salazar will represent Colombia. Luis Aveiga and Javier Teran (who received a UMB wild card) will compete for Ecuador. Luis Avilla will be the only player for Mexico, while Daniel Aguilar will be the only Peruvian participant.
Pedro Piedrabuena and Jae Hyung Cho will try to make all US carom fans happy, as they will represent the United states.
The Asian cuesports federation has assigned their 4 spots to the following players: Vinh Ly The (Vietnam) Youichorou Mori (Japan) Dong Gung Kang (Korea) and Jae Ho Che (Korea)
We can conclude that Korea will have 5 ! participants in the tournament, a big chance that the relatively unknown players can cause some upsets in the event.
We are now waiting for the last 13 names, to be assigned by the European federation CEB.
